Ethan was home last weekend (surprising I know!) so we decided to take a quick trip up to Seattle, WA. It was so much fun and kind of a way to celebrate Valentine's early, just like we have to celebrate every other holiday. It was a little chilly but the sun decided to peak out Saturday afternoon while we were on the ferry! We didn't have any real plans except to go so when we go there we just walked around the streets people watching and seeing the city. We ate in the dirtiest looking little Mexican food restaurant but it was actually pretty good! Saturday morning we ordered room service before heading out to see Bainbridge Island. It was good to just get away from everything and go have fun for a weekend!!

How fun to get away with your hubby. Seattle is beautiful! We love driving up there now that we live somewhat close (4 hours). Congrats again on getting married! Its been a while since we've seen you and still haven't met the cute hubby, but one day I'm sure. Hope you guys are all settled into your apartment. We might be coming to you for painting tips as we are getting ready to paint our first home this week (we close on Wednesday). Hope life is treating you both well! Take care.
